Order Fulfillment and Shipping

All products are poured to order and require a certain amount of time to properly cure before shipping can occur. You can expect your order to ship within 1-2 weeks after you make your purchase. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Returns and Exchanges

I DO NOT accept returns or exchanges so please keep this in mind when purchasing from our shop.

If you are unhappy or have a problem with your order (such as an item is damaged, you received the wrong scent, etc) please do not hesitate to contact me. Customer satisfaction is incredibly important to me and it is my goal to create lifetime customers. I will do everything in my power to make it right!

Business Hours

I have an unusual and irregular schedule due to the fact that I am also a wife and a mother. I ask that you allow me two business days to return your inquiries via email, although I will do my best to respond as soon as possible.
